I’d like to inform you all of something you may not have been aware of before.

Cambodia? It is full of people who are just waiting to have their chance at getting an extra bit of cash out of you. Seriously, nobody ever told a handful of Cambodians that “money is the root of all evil” or “money can’t buy you happiness.” In Cambodia, apparently it can. So, because I know that not only are you all super keen to learn new things, you’re also super keen to come out of Cambodia with some money remaining in your bank account.

First off, I’d like to apologise for not blogging about this subject earlier. We’ve been doing so much stuff and I hate rehashing the past. Also, I’ve had part of this post sitting in a draft for maybe two months now and it’s presence was starting to get eerie. I swear I had dreams where it would pop up on screen and say “Post me… Poooooost meeeeeeeeeee!” Okay maybe not, but I do dream about Starbucks and sushi. Probably too much to be healthy…

Now, you need to be really aware that in our family, we’ve renamed Cambodia as ‘Scambodia’ – just due to the sheer amount of scams and people trying to get money out of you. And this happened every. single. day. More »
